1. Eligibility for Returns : 

We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.
  • You received a wrong or incorrect item that does not match your order.
  • Conditions for a valid return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must report the issue within 3 days from the date of delivery.

A clear photo or video of the issue must be provided along with your order number.

Note: Return shipping will be covered by BuyTrendAura — you will not be charged any shipping fee for approved returns.

2. Replacement Policy : 

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved by our team:

We will send you a replacement of the same product at no extra cost (subject to stock availability).

If the original item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product of equal value from our store.


3. Refund Policy : 

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

The product is unavailable for replacement, and no suitable alternative is selected by the customer.

The return request has been approved and verified by our team.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

For online payments, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund amount will be transferred to your preferred method — bank account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.

4. Order Cancellation : 

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped/dispatched.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order details.

5. Non-Returnable Items : 

We do not accept returns or process refunds for:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional campaigns.
