All prices displayed on buytrendaura.pk are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Prices are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise on the product page.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.
For online payments (if applicable), your financial information is securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. BuyTrendAura does not store your card or banking details.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, orders already confirmed will be honored at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
5. Orders & Confirmation :
Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Placing an order means you agree to pay the total amount (including any delivery charges, if applicable) for the items in your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. In such cases, you will be notified promptly.
6. Shipping & Delivery :
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order placement.
BuyTrendAura is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier company issues or logistics disruptions.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
Natural disasters, extreme weather, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate and complete.
7. Returns & Refunds :
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

8. Order Cancellation :
Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched.
Once the order is shipped and handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order details.
